Job Title: Business Development Executive – Solar Sales & Lead Generation Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6–2 Years Vacancies: 2 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience & performance) About the Company We are a fast-growing organization in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to delivering sustainable and affordable solar energy solutions. Our mission is to empower homeowners and businesses to transition to clean energy through innovative solar systems, exceptional service, and long-term reliability. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales development for solar rooftop and related projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong communication abilities, and a target-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through research, social media, field visits, and telecalling. Approach potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) to explain solar system benefits and ROI. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide post-sale support. Coordinate with the technical team for surveys, proposals, and project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintai lead and client data in CRM tools. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Interest or knowledge in solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical systems (an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for client meetings. Freshers with good communication and a strong learning attitude are welcome.
