We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) at the fresher level to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to build their career in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through research and outreach.
• Assist in generating leads and building strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present company services.
• Support senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development domain.
