Our company focuses on delivering innovative solutions in custom e-commerce and SaaS product development, partnering with global clients to transform ideas into scalable digital solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, etc. - Create compelling proposals to win new projects and respond to relevant RFPs with precision and professionalism. - Maintain up-to-date records in CRM software, nurture leads by consistent follow-up, and ensure seamless handoff and project kickoff by collaborating with internal teams. - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings, provide insights to marketing/product teams on client demands and behavior. - Possess sound knowledge of custom development technologies such as PHP/Laravel, MERN/MEAN Stack, and SaaS product structure and monetization. - Demonstrate strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Utilize excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). - Use familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, Zoho Projects, and platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams for client meetings. **Qualification Required:** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Have at least 14 years of experience in a BDE or Pre-Sales role within a software development company. - Proven experience with bidding on online platforms and dealing with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia) will be advantageous.
