Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads using email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Acquisition

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Market & Competitor Research

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights to improve service packages and sales strategies.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, performance team) to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Contribute to strategy building for revenue growth and brand expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of potential clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign performance metrics.
