Job Role & Responsibilities:As a Career Development Executive (Sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building long-term relationships with professionals seeking career advancement through higher education. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. Conduct cold calling to reach out to prospective working professionals. Effectively communicate the value of upskilling and the advantages of various programs. Schedule and conduct counseling sessions with interested candidates. Guide prospects through the enrollment process and convert leads into admissions. Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech or B2C). Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with strong academic background. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills. Professional appearance and good personality. No academic or employment gaps.
