Job Description

Key Responsibilities Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients (US physician practices) and pitch our automation solutions. Client Needs Assessment: Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how our solutions can help streamline administrative tasks. Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls to ensure continued engagement with prospective clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in cold calling or business development (preferably in US healthcare or IT sales). Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written. Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently. Mindset: Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on results. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Based on sales skills and experience Sales Commissions: Attractive commissions based on performance Additional Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & Health Insurance Other: No cab facility Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
