About the Role
Aseum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and performance-oriented business development executive to accelerate our growth in IT services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, achieving targets, and expanding business opportunities in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including website development, mobile applications, CRM, ERP, software solutions, and digital transformation services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) to understand business needs and present customised IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations and follow through the complete sales cycle until closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Travel locally and occasionally outstation for client meetings, demos, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions such as web/app development, CRM, ERP, and digital services.
  • High energy level, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Growth-driven attitude with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel for business purposes.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
