About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Mid-Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Present, promote, and pitch services/solutions to potential clients. • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports. Requirements: • 2.5 to 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the [Tech services industry]. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Experience in outbound & inbound sales processes • Experience in commercial negotiations/contract finalizations. Preferred Skills: • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. • Exposure to international markets (if applicable). • Understanding of digital marketing or SaaS-based products (customize as per your business).
