Maintain a strong understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and recommendations. Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
