Job Summary

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door marketing, and local networking.
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar rooftop systems and available subsidy schemes.
• Conduct site visits and collect basic site information for design and quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with the internal design and execution teams for technical and pricing support.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily visit and call reports and share updates with the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or home solution products.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area for field sales.
