Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in inquiries from prospective students and parents at our center.
• Conduct professional, in-person counseling sessions to understand the needs of aspirants and guide them toward the most suitable courses.

• Drive student enrollment by managing the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry and follow-up to final admission. 
• 
  
• Generate a consistent pipeline of leads by executing local marketing activities, such as conducting seminars in schools and colleges, and participating in educational events.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with local educational institutions, coaching centers, and other potential partners to create a robust referral network. 
• 
  
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience:

  2-4 years of proven experience in a B2C sales, counseling, or business development role.

• Industry Background:

  Prior experience in the education/EdTech industry is mandatory.

  Experience in admissions or counseling for competitive exams (like UPSC, JEE, NEET) is highly preferred.

• Skills:

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities, with a consultative and empathetic approach. 

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

• Qualifications:

  A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
