Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for our ERP, HRMS, and SFA software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and market development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.


Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.

• Conduct market research to identify, qualify, and target potential B2B clients across manufacturing and other relevant industries.

• Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT and schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to product presentations, proposal submission, and deal closure.

• Actively participate in expos, trade shows, and business networking events to promote company offerings and strengthen brand visibility.

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and accurate tracking of all interactions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.

• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers and key stakeholders.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management for strategic planning.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing strategies, and industry developments to effectively position solutions.

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT software/ERP domain.

Proven track record of target achievement and consultative selling.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn prospecting.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and business events.
