Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify prospect leads for the services of HSGP Business Consulting such as Performance Consulting, Talent Acquisition using various sources like google, business directories, professional platforms, reference etc and engage them for business closures Engage clients by cold calling, meeting them online / offline and ensure product presentation and convincing them for purchase decision Draft and share consulting proposals, MoU to prospect clients and follow up the same Follow up and ensure the first payment from the client before kick starting the project Record client database, engagement in the given MIS format and ensure daily reporting Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reporting and database management Continuously in touch with clients to ensure good relationships with clients Address client grievances and report to management Preferred candidate profile Candidates should be graduate advantage have exp in overseas recruitment field Recruiters who has worked in overseas recruiter will be prefer Perks and benefits As per company norms
