Job Description

These are 2 different Roles we are looking for : Title- Business Development Manager & Business development executive Exp - Minimum 1 yrs Role & responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals with favorable terms. - Product presentation: Conduct engaging corporate and product presentation showcasing the ERP product. - Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales and technical team to ensure seamless client onboarding. - Account Management: Create and manage strategic plans for your assigned key accounts. - Sales Targets: Consistently strive to meet and exceed both quarterly and annual sales targets. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each account's needs. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and business growth. Preferred candidate profile - 1-6 years of experience in ERP sales (freshers are welcome). - A strong desire to build a successful career in sales. - Knowledge about SAP Business One is a plus. - Strong communication skills and assertive personality - Ability to create and deliver clear presentations. - Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
