AI Academia is seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers for the role of Business Development Executive. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion through strategic outreach and communication.
• Conduct lead generation through various channels, including calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present AI Academia’s offerings effectively.
• Manage end-to-end client acquisition processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in company databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications.
• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
• Goal-driven mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
