About the Role - Business Development Executive Acviss is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as expanding business with our existing customer base. Travel: 50% within appointed city Work Type: Remote, Hybrid Remote Locations - Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad 1 month Training Office - Bangalore Prospecting Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to develop Marketing Qualified Leads Proactively research and identify potential new clients across target industries, including FMCG, agriculture, electronics, plywood, and healthcare/pharma to develop Sales Qualified Leads Build and leverage your network, attend industry events to generate new Sales Qualified Leads Lead Nurturing Develop and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads Run customer requirements elicitation to understand customer pains and fit with Acviss solutions Develop and present customer value propositions to develop pipeline of qualified deals Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities Sales Strategy and Execution Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans Establish and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities Train and mentor junior sales team members to build a high-performing sales organization To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales executive role, preferably in the technology or B2B services sector Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs Proficiency in CRM software Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field Resilient, empathetic and driven by challenges What we offer A friendly and diverse high performance focused team Private Health Insurance Hybrid work environment
