Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, conduct demo calls, and close sales. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in IT and digital marketing with a proven track record in outbound lead generation and deal closures. This role is perfect for a proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients and give presentations about our IT services and products. 2. Demo Calls & Sales Presentations: Conduct online and in-person demo calls to showcase our IT products and services. 3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. 4.Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. 5. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. 6. Proposal & Contract Management: Drafting proposals and handling contract negotiations. 7. Negotiation & End-to-End Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to finalize deals. 8 .Expo Visits/ Offline Meetings:: Identify and connect with potential clients and partners at events & Conduct offline client meetings across India Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in business development within the IT sector or digital marketing sector. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics. - Proficiency in using CRM software.
