Job Description

Field sales and support related to students data amd admission, arranging seminar in schools and colleges, visiting tutorials and other institues for tie ups, student counselling , marketing strategy planning.Responsibilities: Student Data and Admission: Gather and manage student data for targeted outreach and admission processes. Provide comprehensive information about programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. Assist students with application processes and resolve admission-related queries. Seminar and Event Management: Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools and colleges. Coordinate logistics, prepare presentation materials, and deliver engaging presentations. Follow up with attendees and generate leads from events. Institutional Tie-Ups and Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with tutorials, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. Negotiate and finalize tie-up agreements to expand the institution's network. Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions. Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding academic programs and career options. Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs based on their interests and qualifications. Address student concerns and provide guidance throughout the admission process. Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the academic sector. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, print media, and direct marketing. Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Field Sales and Support: Conduct regular field visits to educational institutions to promote programs and build relationships. Provide on-site support and address inquiries from students, parents, and institutional representatives. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the institution's growth.
