Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online channels
• Craft compelling proposals and respond to client requirements on Upwork
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain CRM and track communication with prospects
• Support in closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelancing platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Freshers with strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply
