Role Description

This is a full-time, entry-level Business Development role located on-site in Noida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for client interaction and collaboration.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and relationship-building with prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve goals.
