Responsible for developing and executing business strategies to promote sales of process equipment across Chemical Industries in multiple global markets. Analyze existing and potential industries / global markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business. Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development. Review competitor plans and effect of products and services with management. Establish and maintain a customer relations management database. Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc. Conduct Conferences, Seminars, marketing campaigns, Presentations, Demo etc. in order to increase company’s recognition. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Keep abreast of market trends and changes in the business world and provide appropriate support to product development. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
