Business Development Engineer - Fire Fighting Products

As a Project Manager at Agnice Fire Protection Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying upcoming fire protection projects in the market and generating project inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing various techno-commercial aspects in project submission, interfacing with different departments, and ensuring timely submission of offers to clients. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback to senior management on marketplace trends and competitor activities. Developing effective relationships with customers through regular meetings and identifying further sales and business development opportunities will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting MIS reports, budget cash flows, and progress percentage updates. Applying company-wide project management standards in bid preparation, contract management, and customer engagement will be essential in managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off. To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 4 years of experience in project management, handling branches, or sales in contracting or EPC companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. A result-oriented approach, self-motivation, and hands-on execution capability are essential qualities for this position. As a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer, you will report to the Business Development Head and work collaboratively with customers and internal departments to achieve project goals and deliver vendor commitments to customers.
