Job Description

Key Responsibilities : (We are only looking who has done Sales or Lead Generation in Middle East & Dubai Market) Business Development & Lead Generation : Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients. Generate high-quality leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Client Consultation & Solution Selling : Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals. Present digital marketing strategies and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure that client requirements are met and executed flawlessly. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. Track and manage sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Collaboration & Teamwork : Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns. Work with the technical and design teams to understand product offerings and present them effectively to clients. Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and marketing strategies. Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results. Keep track of market and industry changes to ensure the company stays competitive. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 3 to 6 years of business development experience in the digital marketing or related technology space. Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC. Sales Expertise : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term business relationships. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients. CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales progress. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Team Player : Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive, goal-driven team culture. Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Preferred Skills : Experience in managing large accounts or working with high-profile clients. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
