Our programs are delivered online or through in-person workshops, combining live sessions with interactive learning experiences. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Consultant to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our employee climate and sustainability learning programs. If you have a passion for climate and sustainability, and the skills to build strategic relationships and close deals, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Identify and research new corporate and institutional clients Reach out to potential clients and drive conversations to closure Engaging with key decision-makers—particularly HR, L&D, CXOs, comms, ESG/sustainability leaders—to close leads Maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities Ideal Profile Master's/MBA in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related fields Min 4 years of consultative sales or business development experience (especially with MSMEs or corporates) Strong ability to engage and influence business stakeholders, especially HR and CXO-level leaders Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple leads effectively Experience working with corporate clients is a must.
