Business Development & Client Relationship Manager (interiors)

From concept to completion, our team transforms spaces into reflections of the people who live in them.We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development & Client Relations Manager to be the face of our brand, someone who can combine sales acumen with PR flair.What You’ll Do• Drive sales conversations with prospective clients — explain our services, showcase our portfolio, and convert inquiries into projects.• Represent Homework Design Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums, building strong vendor and client relationships.• Build a pipeline of leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth handover from sales to design/execution teams.• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and influencers to expand Homework’s presence and visibility.• Work closely with the founder to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the brand voice.What We’re Looking For• 3–6 years of experience in sales / business development / client relations (luxury, interiors, real estate, or lifestyle industry preferred).• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• A natural networker who is comfortable in both boardrooms and cocktail events.• Ability to work with targets while building long-term client trust.• A keen interest in design, interiors, and lifestyle trends.Location
