Role Description Hyperloop Group is seeking a dynamic full-time on-site and driven Business Development & Client Relations Manager to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts with housing societies, developers, and key stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying and converting redevelopment opportunities, expanding Hyperloop’s market presence, and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Business Development: Identify potential redevelopment and development opportunities across MMR, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad. Build and maintain a database of societies, landowners, developers, and cooperative housing societies (CHS). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and present business pitches and proposals for PMC, architectural, and allied consultancy services. Represent Hyperloop Group in meetings, society presentations, and exhibitions. 🔹 Client Handling & Relations: Act as the single point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring prompt follow-up and service. Build and nurture strong relationships with CHS committees, managing committees, developers, and landowners. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, architectural, structural, etc.) to prepare and deliver project-specific proposals. Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction through all project phases. 🔹 Strategic Outreach: Approach societies and developers proactively to offer Hyperloop’s no-upfront-cost PMC model. Promote Hyperloop’s unique service offering including refundable deposit system, multi-developer proposals, and end-to-end consultancy. Organize and conduct society awareness campaigns, seminars, and consultation drives. 🔹 Reporting & Coordination: Maintain a CRM of leads, prospects, and active negotiations. Provide regular updates to management on lead status, client feedback, and conversion metrics. Coordinate with marketing for brochures, digital outreach, and social media campaigns. Required Qualifications & Skills: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Navi Mumbai – local knowledge and presence are essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, or Civil/Construction Management. MBA preferred. 1–15 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, architecture, or PMC sectors. Proven track record in business development and client relations Knowledge of project management principles Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai redevelopment laws (MHADA, SRA, DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software. Analytical Skills and Communication skills Key Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive attitude. Strong local network in real estate, CHS committees, and development circles.
