Business Development Executive Job Description Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Black and white business solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client base. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in client acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market position. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industries for targeted marketing campaigns with a focus on corporate. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, especially those in hiring needs, to understand their business needs and objectives. Present company services and solutions to prospects effectively, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client objectives and expectations, with an emphasis on recruitment domain expertise. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, to secure profitable business deals. Close sales deals and achieve weekly and monthly client acquisition target. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in position the company as an industry leader. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs with client acquisition. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Foster a collaborative environment to maximize overall company performance. Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
