Position: Business Development( Associate/ Senior)– IP Services Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is open to both freshers with a strong interest in Intellectual Property (IP) services and professionals with 1–2 years of experience in IP sales or related domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic sales initiatives. This is a client-facing role aligned with US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Assist in developing positioning strategies for IP services based on insights. Business Planning & Lead Generation • Support in developing and executing strategic business plans aimed at expanding market presence and meeting revenue goals. • Generate qualified leads using various channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, events, etc.) and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Client Engagement • Initiate and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients. • Understand client challenges and present customized IP solutions. • Schedule and conduct meetings or calls to showcase service offerings. Sales Execution • Contribute to the execution of sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities. Collaboration & Communication • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and market response. Reporting & Process Optimization • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions. • Share weekly progress reports and actionable insights with management. • Identify areas for improvement in the business development process and suggest best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IP, legal, or consulting domains. • Strong interest in IP services (for freshers). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced Show more Show less
