As a Business Development Associate , your role will primarily focus on sales and marketing activities to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Outreach β Identify potential clients, generate leads through various channels, and conduct cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish connections Client Engagement & Relationship Management β Communicate effectively with prospects, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships to convert leads into clients. Sales & Revenue Growth β Promote company products/services, pitch solutions to clients, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets. Marketing Campaigns β Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Follow-Ups & Negotiation β Handle follow-ups with potential clients, address queries, and negotiate to close deals effectively. Collaboration with Teams β Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
