Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore

Experience: 0–3 years (EdTech Sales Prefered)

Qualification: Graduate Degree

Salary Range: ₹7 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.

Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.

Provide detailed counselling on Scaler’s programs and career paths.

Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.

Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.

Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good sales attitude with a proactive and achievement-driven approach.

Ability to understand customer motivations and pitch effectively.

Proven persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management.

Familiarity with EdTech sales processes and student counselling.

Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.

Basic proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
