Business Development Associate (Telecalling)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) with excellent telecalling and lead management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities in Hindi and English, along with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
• Manage leads, follow up for conversions, and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and updates using computer tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
