Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our EdTech programs. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, target-driven, and looking to start their career in sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with prospective clients and students. Promote and explain the company’s educational products and services. Manage leads and convert them into successful enrollments. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve client outreach and service delivery. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply.
