Job Summary
As a
Program Registration Expert (PRE)
, you will be the bridge between learners, parents, and NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Academy. You’ll play a vital role in guiding them through the
Digital Loan/EMI process
, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.Your success will depend on your ability to communicate program value effectively, resolve concerns confidently, and ensure smooth completion of the registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Convey Program Value
- Clearly articulate the benefits and career impact of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Academy programs.
- Build trust and confidence in learners and parents during the enrollment journey.
- Hook Customers to Program Values
- Explain how 4.0 tech skills shape the future job market.
- Inspire learners and parents to understand the long-term value of investing in the program.
- Overcome Resistance
- Identify objections or hesitations during conversations.
- Address concerns effectively to ensure maximum lead conversion and minimal drop-offs.
- Transparent Fee Structure Explanation
- Communicate course fee structures and financing options clearly.
- Maintain trust and transparency throughout the payment discussion.
- EMI/Digital Loan Process Guidance
- Assist learners and parents step-by-step through the digital loan process with partner financial institutions.
- Ensure all requirements and verifications are completed smoothly.
- Timely Fee Setup Completion
- Oversee the quick and accurate setup of loan agreements and course fees.
- Ensure learners gain on-time access to their courses.
- Customer Support
- Address queries related to registration, fees, or EMI plans promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
🔹 Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam, with good command of English.
- Ability to simplify complex topics like EMI and digital loans.
🔹 Sales Mindset:
- Result-driven and motivated to achieve or exceed enrollment targets.
🔹 Problem Solving:
- Confident in handling objections and bringing potential dropouts back into the pipeline.
🔹 Customer Focus:
- Passionate about helping learners and parents make informed, positive decisions.
🔹 Tech Savvy:
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and understanding online processes.
🔹 Experience (Preferred):
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling is an added advantage.
