JetSmart IT Services is a leading provider of IT solutions and services, with a strong footprint in government and enterprise sectors. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge technology products, custom software solutions, and digital transformation services. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented female Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team and support our expansion in the government and public sector space.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, bidding, and winning government tenders and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in working with government clients, understanding tender documents, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze relevant government tenders, EOI, RFPs, and RFQs through various portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement sites, etc.)
  • Coordinate and prepare detailed responses for tenders, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSU clients, and other stakeholders
  • Present company offerings and IT solutions to government officials and clients confidently and professionally
  • Collaborate with the technical and legal teams to gather required documents and prepare BOQs, technical write-ups, and compliance sheets
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government projects
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, industry expos, and government vendor registration drives
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and pipeline status in CRM or reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in government tendering and IT sales
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, tender portals, and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial terms in tender documents
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confident and presentable personality – capable of client-facing roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,625.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month
