Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration across teams to expand our customer base and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce company services/products to potential customers. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads.
