We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at SkillTyro . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students, explaining our courses, booking and conducting demos, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the ed-tech industry, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate and nurture leads. Explain SkillTyro’s course offerings to potential students. Book and conduct demo sessions to help students understand course benefits. Convert leads into enrollments by effectively convincing prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools . Ensure a seamless student onboarding experience. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly targets. Eligibility Criteria: Basic Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BBA. Preferred Qualifications: MBA / MBA in Hospital Administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector. Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
