About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Pitch the app actively to the target audience and explain its features and benefits 2. Drive app downloads and assist users with real-time onboarding 3. Educate people about the app's purpose in building social confidence 4. Explain the app's mission to build confidence, social skills, and meaningful conversations 5. Guide new users through the onboarding process during real-time downloads 6. Provide live demos and explain features like chat rooms, community topics, and interest matching 7. Collect user feedback and share it with the core team for improvement 8. Represent the brand professionally in all interactions 9. Create daily reports on outreach, downloads, and user responses 10. Identify and suggest new locations or events for community outreach efforts Requirements: 1. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Approach strangers comfortably and initiate conversations 3. Speak fluently in English or Hindi (regional languages are a plus) 4. Engage in fieldwork and public interaction with ease Probation: A 1-week probation period is applicable from the date of joining.
