Who We’re Looking For: Are you a dynamic, growth-driven individual with a passion for ethical sales and healthcare innovation? We're looking for a Business Development Associate who thrives on meaningful conversations, consultative selling, and delivering value over volume. This is not your typical cold-calling sales role — we believe in value-first, trust-based selling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clinics, hospitals, and healthcare businesses across India.Initiate contact and build strong relationships with decision-makers.Pitch Grow Medico’s services—marketing funnels, automation, sales training, and business consulting.Conducted discovery calls, understood client needs, and offered tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and track progress toward targets.Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B or healthcare/EdTech/SaaS).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.Comfort with digital tools like CRMs, Zoom, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp for business.
