Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years (preferred in IT/Web Services) Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients via online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Client Interaction: Communicate with international and domestic clients to understand their web development needs (MEAN/MERN technologies). Proposal Writing: Draft project proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team. Follow-ups: Follow up with leads to close sales and maintain client relationships. Market Research: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to generate targeted business leads. Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and timelines. Reporting: Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Target Achievement: Work toward achieving monthly/quarterly business development goals. Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills Basic understanding of web technologies (especially MEAN/MERN stack) Negotiation and client handling skills Time management and organizational skills Familiarity with bidding portals and outreach tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,668.40 - ₹25,759.93 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
