Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentorship. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure excellent communication and coordination between sales and other departments. Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in a senior role. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Mandatory experience in sales. Candidates with experience in reputed BPOs in the outsourcing industry are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
