Position Overview

The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding PayCrux’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses discover smarter, faster, and safer ways to handle payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Present PayCrux’s payment solutions to prospective clients and demonstrate value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to improve client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent PayCrux at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
