Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Identify potential clients through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn). Client Engagement Set up discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings. Pipeline Management Maintain CRM hygiene, track conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups to move leads through the funnel. Market Research Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and spot new opportunities for business expansion. Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Product/Solution teams to fine-tune messaging and ensure alignment. Reporting & Insights Share performance insights, client feedback, and contribute ideas to improve conversion and process efficiency. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or pre-sales roles Strong written and verbal communication skills A confident, persuasive approach to client conversations Basic understanding of sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and a hunger to learn Ability to handle rejections and still stay sharp, polite, and persistent Show more Show less
