Role: Business Development Associate Reporting To: Team Lead Department: Business Development Work Location: KPHB 13th Phase Road, Hyderabad, Telangana Shift Timings: General Day Shifts, (10am to 7pm & 11am to 8pm) Work Type: Work from office, no field work is required. Work Mode: Full Time Employment (Initial 2 months will be probation) or Internships Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Salary Range: 3.2 Per Annum Interns Stipend Range: 15K per month. Positions: 20 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to drive the growth of our career guidance programs. This role involves generating leads, cold calling, and engaging prospects through emails and social media to convert them into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various Platforms. Cold Calling & Outreach: Cold call prospects, engage via emails, and connect on social media to promote career guidance courses. Sales Conversion: Pitch and close sales by communicating course benefits, pricing, and value. Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and provide post sale support to ensure satisfaction. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, lead conversions, and pipeline status. Eligibility: Freshers or students pursuing their final year degree/PG in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage, influence, and educate prospective clients with a proactive & positive attitude. Strong interests in the IT Industry to kick start their careers. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
