You will be responsible for expanding Brain Discovery Global School's franchise network in targeted geographies within the education sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new franchise partners for either the K12 or Pre-School segments. - Managing the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners. - Developing and executing regional business strategies to support company growth objectives. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for refining the approach. - Achieving monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets consistently. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 5 years of experience in B2B Business Development in the education sector, specifically in K12 or Pre-School. - A deep understanding of franchise models and school expansion dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional attitude. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and regional business development.
