Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated MBDE Associate to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, supporting documentation coordination, and helping expand PSR Compliance’s client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients across industries that require regulatory compliance services.
• Generate leads through digital platforms, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
• Coordinate with the technical and documentation teams to prepare customized proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM data with all client interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
• Follow up with clients on shared proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Support marketing activities such as webinars, campaigns, and client outreach.
• Collaborate with the senior management team for business growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of compliance and certification processes (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong analytical and research skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or internship in Business Development, Sales, or Client Coordination roles.
• Knowledge of BIS, LMPC, EPR, or related certification consultancy will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,048.98 per month
