Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Bhopal

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and market research.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Understand client needs and propose appropriate TechPlace solutions and services.

Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored business proposals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers are welcome to apply).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,541.78 - ₹37,978.25 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
