Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at Capricorn Elevators Private Limited, located in Calicut, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and clients in the assigned region. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying new business opportunities and clients - Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end users - Conducting market research and competitor analysis - Attending client meetings and conducting on-site assessments - Coordinating with technical teams for proposals and quotations - Following up with leads and ensuring successful conversion To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or elevator industry - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with a strong result-oriented mindset - Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork Preferred candidates will have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for fieldwork, fluency in English, and knowledge of Hindi as an added advantage.
