This is a commission based role temporarily but later this role will transition to full-time role. Our Talent Services division provides cutting-edge Recruitment and HR & Payroll solutions for startups, SMEs, and corporates seeking smart, efficient, and transparent workforce strategies. Role Overview:We are seeking dynamic, self-driven freelance professionals to join us as Business Development Associates on a commission basis. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and acquiring clients for our Recruitment Services and HR & Payroll Outsourcing (via GreytHR or Zoho HR) solutions. The role is designed to evolve into a Business Lead position based on performance and client acquisition milestones. Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Corporates) in need of Recruitment or HR & Payroll services.Generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, social media, referrals, and outreach.Present company offerings and craft customized proposals for client requirements.Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the internal delivery team.Maintain a CRM or tracker of leads, prospects, and closures.Collaborate with the founding team for pricing, proposals, and onboarding.Ensure a seamless handover to the operations team for delivery execution. Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment agency outreach.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with HR tech tools (GreytHR, ZohoHR) is a plus.Passion for entrepreneurship and desire to grow into a leadership role.Must be proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
