Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing effective digital marketing strategies. This position is perfect for someone passionate about eCommerce and export markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps. Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective online campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction. Export Coordination: Assist in managing export processes, including documentation, compliance, and logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
