Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and acquire

    Fortune 100 and large enterprise clients

    for IT staffing (C2H/Contract/Permanent) services.
  • Conduct

    lead generation, cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach

    , and market mapping to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Drive complete

    end-to-end sales cycles from

    prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal submission, rate negotiation, to contract closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, hiring managers, procurement teams, and staffing partners.
  • Ensure seamless client servicing, timely follow-ups, and delivery coordination with the recruitment team.
  • Understand clients IT talent needs (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, etc.)

  • Sales Strategy & Operations

  • Prepare and deliver

    sales presentations, capability decks, and staffing proposals

    tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and track opportunities through CRM tools and maintain a high-quality sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of C2H/contract staffing positions.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in

    IT Staffing Business Development

    , ideally with exposure to

    C2H hiring for enterprise or Fortune 100 clients

    .
  • Track record of acquiring new B2B clients and closing staffing deals in a competitive IT services environment.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS ecosystems (desirable).

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    IT roles/skills

    and the

    technical hiring process

    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute

    consultative selling

    , build trusted relationships, and manage long sales cycles.
  • High proficiency in pipeline management, prospecting, and delivering impactful presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of core experience in IT Staffing, Technical Recruitment Sales

    , focusing on enterprise-level clients and C2H hiring.
